The Legendary Tour
Its our aim to be there before noon. Yes we reach there. The great dam in the south Palakkad Dist., Pothundi Dam, 5 km from Nemmara.

The Great Legendary Tour
The tour begins from Vadakkencherry Cherupushpam Bus Stop. We the residents of Vadakkencherry, Sidhardh, Kurian & Vaishagh (Kannambra) started from bus to Vivek's house in Nemmara at 9.30 am. We reach there at 10.05 am. We rang Vivek & told that we are at Bus stop. He came with our gentle friend, Bharath. He is waiting for us in Vivek's house from 9'o clock.
We reach at Gujju's (Vivek) house. We meet his family members & have a tea. His cousin Kuttan (Sabari) has also joined with us. Gujju changed his dress & we went to Nemmara bus stand. We saw a Pothundi bus there. We entered in it. It started at 10.45. We reached Pothundi at 11. We have to walk 1 km to reach the Dam. We walk slowly.
By 11.10 we reached Pothundi Dam. Arrey Babrey! What a height?? We run to the top. We carry a video camera got by Sidhardh. We took all our enjoyment in it. Vaishagh is the main cameraman. We took photos & videos. We enjoy that area very well. Deep lake with pure fresh water. It is so nice to see Nelliyampathi hills away from us. Its 23 kms from Pothundi to Nelliyampathi. We planned to go to Nelliyampathi. So we reach the next bus stop.
